• Attendance declarations for Monday's meet at Governor's Land need to be in by TONIGHT by 11 pm (I will start texting parents individually if I must🫵).
• Attendance declarations for the summer awards meet at Kingswood on Saturday, 7/25 are also due TONIGHT by 11 pm. 
• Due to the air quality, it is the safest decision to cancel practice this evening.
• On Thursday, 7/30, we will have our end of season celebration/banquet in the clubhouse at 6-7 pm. More info will come out about this later, but this event will need to be RSVPed for.
• On Monday, 7/20, after the meet has concluded, I will send out the updated champ qualifier sheet. 
• Monday, 7/20 morning practice (8-9 am) will be the last practice open to all swimmers.
• Starting Tuesday, 7/21, we will only be running evening practices ONLY (7-8 pm) for those who have qualified for champs. 
• 7/21-7/24 practices are also welcome to swimmers who will be attending the summer awards meet. 
  • Champ practices are: 7/21, 7/22, 7/23, 7/24, 7/27, 7/28, and 7/29. 
  • We will not hold practice on 7/30 due to the aforementioned celebration. 
  • We will not hold practice on 7/31 to let swimmers & coaches rest for a long meet on Saturday.
  • This means there will be no junior coaching. Please only allow swimmers who have qualified attend these practices. 
• VPSU has not released much info on champs. As soon as I have more info (entries deadline, attendance, etc.) I will send an email out.
