Swimmer arrival: 4:45

KP warmup: 5:00-5:30

Stonehouse warmup: 5:30-6:00

Meet start: 6:00

Parent/coach relay: 8:15 or 8:30 ish, whenever the regular relays end (Stonehouse has a team as well, info has been sent to those swimming)
