Practice will be cancelled for both sessions for the 4th of July.

Please update your status for the meet on Monday that will be At Wellington on July 8. Start to think about what you want to swim at champs if you have qualified and if there are other events you want to try to qualify in get those in the notes for the next 3 weeks so that the other coaches and I can get you in said events sometime soon. The champs qualifying times are posted on both the VPSU website and on the record board at the pool. I will send an email in a few days with a spread sheet with everyone who has qualified in what events and who is close to qualifying.
