Hello KP Dolphins!

Some key dates and action items so we have a great start to the season: 

1. Summer Swim Practice will start on Tuesday, May 30th.

• For swimmers 10& Under, practices are from 6pm-6:45pm and for older kids 6:45-7:30pm.
• It has not been that warm, so the pool will likely be chilly-- our coaches may adjust practice accordingly.

2. Please download the SwimTopia app and make sure you allow alerts---this is how we usually communicate practice cancellations/changes due to weather and all kinds of other info. You can find it in the app store and use the same login as you did for registration 3. Please respond to any emails on volunteer assignments/training--Summer Swim cannot happen without everyone chipping in a little bit. Families should send at least one volunteer to all meets that their swimmers attend. It is also a great way to watch your own child progress and get to know other families. 4. Please RSVP your child now for which meets they will be around to swim. The earlier we get this information, the better we can plan our season. Please use the SwimTopia site (https://kingspoint.swimtopia.com/swim_meets) and let us know now, which meets your child will be attending. If something changes, we can adjust. 5. IF you have not paid your swim fees or your KP Club fees, please plan to do that on or before next Tuesday. For swim fees, it is $100/child and we can take cash or checks (payble to Kingspoint Swim Team) at the first practice, May 30th. Or you can use our Venmo account. 6. Please order your child a team suit soon if they need a new one.  Link is https://kingspoint.swimtopia.com/team-swimsuit. There is a sale running now. Team suits are worn for meets, but are optional to wear for practices. Goggles can be ordered on swimtopia or anywhere else of your choosing, but have them for practice. Team tshirt and swimcap are included in your swim fees and we will be distributing those as we get closer to our first meet.

Registration will be open for about another week,  if you have any friends/neighbors that want to still join.   

Also additional swim lessons designed for our younger Dolphins are available to help improve their basic strokes and endurance.   We have a few spots left.  Please email [email protected] for more info.
